Which official documents do I need to submit?
Log in to your Georgetown MBA application portal.
Click the “Application Status” button (left-hand side of your homepage). This will bring you to your Application Status form.
Items that are labeled “Received (Unofficial)” are the official documents that you need to submit.
Transcripts
All transcripts, diplomas, and degree certificates that applicants submit to the Georgetown MBA Admissions Office via their MBA application and email are considered unofficial and are reflected on their Application Status form as “Received (Unofficial).” Documents are only deemed official if they are physically mailed or electronically sent to the Georgetown MBA Admissions Office by the respective institution(s)*. Once received and verified, the status will be updated to “Received (Official).” Please see the next steps below to submit your official documents:
Electronic Transcripts (strongly preferred): If your institution is able to send your official transcripts electronically, this method is strongly preferred. They can send them via a secure electronic delivery service, such as Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse, or via email to georgetownmba@georgetown.edu.
If sending your transcripts via an electronic delivery service, please ensure that it is being sent to the MBA Admissions Office. We will not have access to transcripts that are sent to other offices.
For Parchment, our office is displayed as "Georgetown University - Full-time and Flex MBA Admissions."
For National Student Clearinghouse, please select "Georgetown University" and type in the department as "MBA Admissions."
If your institutions can only mail physical transcripts: Please have your official transcripts sent to the address below:

*If you are only given one official bachelor’s degree certificate/diploma and/or official transcripts by your institution AND your institution does not send official copies of these documents, you will be required to bring your degree certificate/diploma and/or transcripts to our office for verification prior to the start of Opening Term. Please email georgetownmba@georgetown.edu to notify us of your intent and we will provide you with further instructions.
