As a Consortium and/or Forté fellow and member, you have an exciting opportunity to participate in their annual conferences this coming May and June. To help you make the most of these events, the McDonough Career Center will provide you early access to their proprietary online Summer Career Course. Fellows should watch their Georgetown email in April for an invitation to a Canvas course, which will house all of the career preparation items. You will receive an invitation in your @georgetown.edu inbox; be sure to accept the invitation to receive all future announcements and check your @georgetown.edu email regularly.
If you are joining us as another type of fellow, please be assured that additional career conference preparation resources will also become available as you begin your MBA program. We encourage you to learn more about the Career Center’s fall events and 2025 career conferences. We look forward to supporting you as you prepare for this next step in your journey.

Pre-OP and Post-OP, your mentor will connect with you via phone calls/zoom meetings to ensure you are prepared for the big week and the start of your MBA journey at MSB!

The OP includes professional development workshops, leadership training, and a career forum that offers access to job opportunities with leading companies. Attendance is a critical step in building your network and positioning yourself for success in the MBA program and beyond.

As a Forté Fellow or member, you can participate in their annual conference. If you are interested, and personally choose to attend, you will meet hundreds of like-minded women MBA students and start making your mark in the business world before you even begin your program.
The McDonough Career Center looks forward to guiding you through the MBA career development process. A member of the MBA Admissions team and Career Center team will attend to connect incoming McDonough Forté Fellows or members and assist you through any early connections with corporate partners.
Registration for the Forté Annual Conference is open and the deadline to personally register is May 23. Historically, registration has filled up quickly, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
As an incoming Georgetown McDonough Forté Fellow or member*, you may use our discount code to cover the full registration cost: MCDONOUGH25. Please email georgetownmba@georgetown.edu with any questions or concerns.
